Travel Designer

Job profile

  1. Request
  2. Design
  3. Proposal
  4. INVOICED

The Travel Designer is the "primary": the person who receives an agent's request, designs the trip, builds and sells the proposal, and carries it through to confirmation. The role begins when the coordinator assigns a request and ends when the confirmed trip is handed to the Operations Manager. It is a commercial and creative role as much as a technical one — the quality of the design, and how well the client's expectations are read, directly drives whether a proposal converts into a booking.
