Travel Designer

1. Receiving and qualifying the request

  • The request arrives at VIT. The coordinator assigns it to a Travel Designer based on availability and expertise, and sets a deadline by which the proposal must be sent.
  • Before anything else, the Travel Designer checks they have all the information needed to design the trip. If something is missing, they ask for clarification immediately — not two days later when they sit down to work on it.
  • The essential information: target price, number of pax, room type, the traveller's profile, the dates, and the arrival and departure airports.
