The Operations Manager takes a confirmed trip and turns it into a flawless programme, fully booked and ready to go. The role begins when a trip is confirmed and assigned in TripMade, and ends with the delivery of the travel documents (the vouchers). It is an operational and corrective role that requires experience, judgement and precision: without these, it cannot be done.
